Globally, overturns and falls from height were the two leading causes of aerial-work-platform fatalities in the first half of this year.  According to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), falls from height are the leading cause of death in construction in the United States.  In 2013, falls accounted for 294 out of 796 fatalities.  For the full story, go to ENR.com
